He specializes in coloring, costume blending, highlights/lowlights, Balayage and Keratin Complex System (an amazing treatment that smoothes and defrizzes hair, leaving it silky and smooth), updos and makeup. Jorge mastered his haircutting skills while working for Sebastian International and education with Rusk. Professional.
